Welcome to Dr. Hirotsugu Hiramatsu's research group in Department of Applied Chemistry at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.

Our research group applies vibrational spectroscopy to chemical, biochemical and biophysical issues. Research interests include structural analysis of proteins and peptides and those in cells, and development of novel spectroscopic techniques.

Also, we are a member of Ultimate Spectroscopy and Imaging Laboratory (USIL). Equipments for ultimate spectroscopy and imaging are available for your own research, while you may participate in the development.
